Job Description:
Currently we are in the process of beefing up our KPO division, hence we looking for agents for Voice based process to provide technical support in Biopharmaceutical domain.

Following are the details.

Requirement:
• Experience: 1 to 4 years in Voice based Technical support profile
• Strong customer service skills
• Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills with proficiency in Windows 98, Novell, NT Operating Systems. Basic knowledge of a LAN/WAN environment
• Strong problem solving skills and decision making ability, Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in handling international calls
• Willing to work in night shifts (Mandatory)

Job Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad
