Job Responsibilities :
- Handling alerts - Categorizing sample messages as spam/non-spam.
- Handling domain complaints regarding block/whitelisting their domains/IPs.
- Addressing all member concerns regarding Spam (unwanted messages), hacking, viruses and security concerns.
- Implementing Terms Of Service (TOS) on members - i.e. warning/terminating abusive members.
- Identification of fraud, etc
Desired Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Networking.
- Basic UNIX commands
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of PERL is added advantage (not Compulsory).
- Bcom, Bsc-IT, MBA freshers
